Inama

Azienda Agricola Inama, situated in the Veneto region of northeast Italy, stands out as a distinguished wine producer. With over fifty years of winemaking expertise, they consistently create exceptional Soave Classico DOC wines. Founder Giuseppe Inama recognized the volcanic terroir’s potential in the Soave region during the 1960s and strategically acquired land around Mount Foscarino. Their unwavering commitment to quality and distinctive expression sets them apart in the world of Italian wine.

Now in its third generation, this family-owned winery thrives under the active involvement of the three brothers—Matteo, Alessio, and Luca Inama. They build upon the legacy established by their father, Stefano, and their grandfather, Giuseppe.

Inama’s production philosophy revolves around balance, biological complexity, and sustainable viticulture. Employing precision techniques, they analyze subsoils and vine behavior within micro-plots of each vineyard. Low yields, organic practices, and biodiversity enhancement yield expressive grapes with thicker skins and richer aromatic profiles.

Fattoria La Valentina

La Valentina Farm was born on the hills overlooking Spoltore, which is near Pescara
in Central Italy, in 1990. The owners, Sabatino, Roberto e Andrea Di Properzio, have been running the company since putting their development project into action in 1994.

After the first few years spent studying the Santa Teresa vineyard, their continuous efforts to keep improving quality and to achieve recognition for the high-quality D.O.C. wines from the Abruzzo region have become the principal goals in the company philosophy. We have learned to understand our land more fully by respecting and tending it. Each year we have had successively healthier wines of more and more authentic quality. Moved by our conviction that improvement comes only through
respect for natural equilibriums, year on year we have rigorously applied our philosophy that does not permit the unrestrained use of technology and chemicals.

Charles Heidsieck

Charles Heidsieck is a prestigious Champagne house known for its rich, full-bodied style. Founded in 1851, they gained a reputation for quality early on, with their Champagnes finding favor in royal courts and at international exhibitions. Their signature Brut Réserve is a blend of 60 different vintages, with a high proportion of reserve wines aged for an average of 10 years. This extended aging process contributes to the wine’s complex flavor profile, with notes of brioche, peach, and a touch of minerality. Charles Heidsieck Champagnes are known for being celebratory and indulgent, a perfect choice for adding a touch of luxury to any occasion.

Jacquesson

Champagne Jacquesson, established in 1798, is a historic house known for its dedication to quality and innovation. They received early recognition, even securing a gold medal from Napoleon. Jacquesson champagnes are known for their bold personality, crafted from premier and grand cru vineyards in the Marne Valley and Côte des Blancs. Notably, they championed the use of Pinot Noir, contributing to their rich and elegant style.

In the year 2000, the Chiquet brothers, Jean-Hervé and Laurent, took the reins and ushered in a new era with the “Cuvée 700” concept. This innovative approach broke from vintage designations, focusing instead on a numbered series of non-vintage Champagnes. Each Cuvée 700 is a blend of multiple vintages, ensuring consistency in style while showcasing the unique characteristics of each year. This concept allows the winemakers to prioritize quality over quantity, with extended lees aging for complexity and minimal dosage (added sugar) for a more natural expression.

Today, the Jacquesson legacy continues under the guidance of a talented team. While the house was recently acquired by the Pinault family’s Artémis Domaines group, the focus on meticulous handcrafting and unwavering quality remains. This dedication ensures Jacquesson Champagnes, like the flagship Cuvée Non-Vintage (part of the 700 series), continue to be a delightful choice for those seeking a distinguished and innovative Champagne experience.
